The Building Services Engineer's key responsibilities will include:

• Using IESVE to assist in the mechanical engineering aspects of building services projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with the engineering principal and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration and project success.
• Review tenders and prepare tender reports and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Contributing to the training of junior team members.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this building services role:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in building services engineering.
• Proficient using IES and Amtech software.
• (Ideally) experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiar with building regulation, legislation, CIBSE guides and sustainability practices.
• Based in or around Essex.
