MPJ Recruitment are proud to be representing one of the UK's leading services in HR, employment law, H&S, and training services to businesses across the UK. Currently, they are on the lookout for a Business Development Consultant to join their ever-expanding team.

Business Development Consultant responsibilities:

* As a Business Development Consultant, you will have the aim of securing appointments.

* Building your own pipeline with healthy relationships

* Working towards daily and weekly targets to contribute towards growth

* Making high volume business to business calls

* Qualifying appointments and booking meetings

* Identify key markets and build relationships with prospective clients

* Sourcing leads from various methods

* Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients

* Assisting the business development manager with the sales process

* Maintain and updating the sales database
