• Engage with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Work with our clients from initial inquiry through to completion.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, valuations, and financial service appointments.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and client care throughout the process.

Skills and experience required

• Ideally, you have experience in a sales environment and are eager to move into estate agency.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and resilient attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
