About the Company:
* Sector Focus: Commercial, Retail, Industrial, High Residential, and Leisure
* Project Range: £15 million to £120 million
* Average Project Value: £10 million to £50 million
Role: They are looking for a Senior Site Manager to support a Project Manager on a £15 million Industrial project in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high-profile project and contribute to the success of a top-tier business.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Maintain high standards of health and safety
* Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
* Report progress to the Project Manager
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the relevant sectors
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
