Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join their team as an Analyst: QC, Review & Reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure solution outputs meet required standards.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing quality measures.
- Maintain a knowledge repository of quality management documentation and templates, ensuring alignment with established standards.
- Ensure solution governance, including NDA adherence and data management.
- Create and execute corrective action plans to address quality issues and non-conformance.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and maintain reporting templates that meet quality standards and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide status updates on solution projects and assist with pipeline management.
- Support the creation of external communications, such as case studies, and assist in arranging workshops or seminars.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic financial management skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and industry dynamics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and familiarity with related industries.
- Experience in quality management and reporting is essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7 or higher).
