An opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP ECC Consultant to join a thriving manufacturer on a critical interim project for a minimum of 3 months. This position is offering hybrid working (2-3 day per week in the office) and an opportunity to make a tangible impact on key operations and reporting processes. The ideal SAP consultant will assess, optimise, and enhance the functionality of their SAP ECC system, ensuring it meets the demands of the company’s demands and future goals. This role would suit someone who enjoys adding valuing and driving business performance.Reporting directly to the Finance Director:

• Conducting a comprehensive review of SAP ECC configurations for key processes such as goods out, production orders, and project setups.
• Identifying and addressing system inefficiencies impacting reporting and operations.
• Reviewing finance processes, including periodic reporting, capitalised costs, and revenue recognition.
• Analysing labour costs, material production flows, and warranty provisions.
• Enhancing management reporting processes, focusing on profitability, P&L, and group compliance.

What you will need:

• Extensive experience with SAP ECC, particularly in finance systems.
• An understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
