They're renowned for having a deep understanding of their clients' markets, and their Employment group is trusted to deliver a responsive and cost-effective service to in-house lawyers, HR professionals, finance directors, managing directors and individuals throughout the world. Due to client demand, they are now looking for an additional mid-level (5-8 PQE) Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join their integrated and cohesive team in London.

The firm is known for taking care of its Associates' careers and promoting strongly from within (both Partners in the Employment team are "home grown"). Due to ongoing demand for their services, this cohesive and high-quality team are looking for a Senior Associate to bridge the gap between the Partners and more junior Associates.

To be considered for this position you will have:

• Excellent academics;
• Training, and most likely 5-8 years' post-qualification experience gained within the Employment department of a City or international law firm, or a reputed City Employment practice;
• A strong, well-rounded HR advisory background;
• Strong legal and analytical skills, a proactive and confident attitude with a high level of initiative;
• Excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and confident attitude, with a high level of initiative.

There is a very real opportunity for a bright, hardworking Senior Associate in this team to progress to Counsel and/or Partner within the firm.
