Our client is an industry leader in the development of bespoke software solutions to companies in the financial sector. They have recently recieved a large amount of funding, meaning they are expanding their team and have multiple new projects in the pipeline. The role

As a Junior .NET Developer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of applications utilising the .NET framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills in a supportive team setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct unit testing.
• Participate in code reviews to enhance skills and ensure code quality.
• Help troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Contribute to documenting software functionalities and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer science (or related field)
• Some form of commercial experience working with .Net (minimum of 6 months)
• Working knowledge of database systems e.g SQL Server, MySQL
• Strong problem solving skills and desire to learn and develop your skills

Desirables

• Solid understanding of web technologies e.g HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong communication skills
