Area Reliability Engineer

Area Reliability Engineer Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 DOE

Orion are currently working with an innovative manufacturing company based in Hayes who are looking for an experienced hands-on Area Reliability Engineer.  

They are looking for a technically minded individual who can lead the maintenance and reliability agenda for the factory value stream.

The ideal candidate will be tenacious driven and passionate about improvements and efficiencies within an FMCG environment.

Area Reliability Engineer Duties:

To take the production line from 45% to 75% in efficiencies and improvements

Support the engineers on the shop floor with elec & mech maintenance '' This is a hands-on role.

Manage continuous improvement projects to increase line performance

Root cause analysis

Improvement and efficiency projects

Technical-based role '' identifying issues, problem-solving, and implementing solutions to problems on site.

Area Reliability Engineer required Experience:

Multi-skilled engineer with ideally 5+ years of experience working within an FMCG Environment.

Apprentice trained

Improvement and efficiencies projects

Multi-skilled in machinery maintenance

Experience in Continuous improvement

Strong understanding of PLC's - PROGRAMMING

Area Reliability Engineer Package:

Competitive Salary of £50,000 - £52,000 DOE

25-day holiday allowance

Pension contribution

Onsite parking

Area Reliability Engineer Shifts:

Monday '' Friday: 8:00 '' 16:30
