Their proprietary Asset Management System provides an overview of everything from spending analysis to VOR tracking, fleet availability, and more.
Customer satisfaction is a priority, achieved through tailored services and strong, enduring relationships. They work with nationally recognised companies such as Thames Water, ARI, UKPN, Cadent, Rivus, the AA, and St John's Ambulance.
Due to company growth, they are currently seeking a Heavy Plant Engineer to cover Beckton, East London, and surrounding areas.
Role Overview: The engineer will be responsible for servicing multiple customer sites, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in all repairs.
Key Details:
- Working Hours: 47.5 hours per week, starting when leaving home.
- Equipment Serviced: A variety of assets, including:
- Trailers
- Winches
- Dumpers
- Diggers
- Skimmers
- Telehandlers
- Manitou / Heavy Plant
- Pallet trucks
- Pumps
LOLER training is preferred, but training can be provided. All jobs are pre-booked by the head office team, with job sheets and bookings communicated via tablet.
Candidates are expected to have their own tools; however, specialist equipment (e.g., torque wrenches, testing gauges) can be supplied if needed.
