Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for leadership and high-quality care? We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our client’s dedicated team. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the nursing team while ensuring outstanding care for residents, including those with dementia.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Pin required)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a care home setting
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a nursing team
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in elderly care
  • Compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient-centred care
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous review of care plans
  • Ensure compliance with The Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Fundamental Standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes
  • Conduct regular training and mentoring for nursing staff
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Act as a key liaison between staff, management, and external healthcare professionals
