We are currently working with a number of schools within Rotherham and Sheffield to source long term placements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development.
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Support the diverse learning needs of all students, providing tailored instruction where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school staff to track student progress and address any areas of concern.
• Encourage students to develop both academically and socially, building their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities provided by Teach Match.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students.

Key Qualifications:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (UK) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and key stage requirements.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and school settings.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
