General Production Operator - Gloucester
Starting Salary: £33,543 per annum (£25,818 base salary + £7,725 shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off rotation

About the Role
Join our Gloucester Operations team as a Production Operator and play a key role in the safe operation and optimisation of plant equipment used in manufacturing Nylon 6,6 fibre for industrial fibre markets. Our manufacturing facility operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This is a shift-based position working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off).

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain plant and equipment to meet production targets with the required quality and efficiency.
Accurately record operating conditions and continuously optimise plant performance.
Complete routine cleaning and checks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions, including updating documentation.
Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and operational standards.
