Gardener:

Do you have a keen interest in gardening or landscaping? Are you ambitious, and have a passion for horticulture? If so, then this may be the role for you.

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their growing horticultural business, as a Gardener, delivering landscaping projects across London, to private and commercial clients. Training and development will be given in this role.

Responsibilities of the Gardener

* This is a hands-on role and will require a candidate with some horticultural experience and be able to work as part of a team

* Implement good horticultural practices to enhance the current landscape

* Ensure the Health & Safety of the site and all its operations, following company policies and procedures

* Hands on role maintaining residential and commercial landscapes

* Proactive approach in working with the current team leader / contracts managers

* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:30, with occasional Saturday work

Candidate Skills

* Attributes required:

* Full driving licence (Desired)

* Potentially can be collected en-route to the job, depending on which team you join

* Some experience in landscape maintenance (Desired)

* You should be enthusiastic, practical, and driven to succeed

* Must be a team player & have good organisational & communication skills

* Good personal organisation, and be able to prioritise workloads
