Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the plant hire industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of plant hire equipment to highways & construction sites across the South and Midlands. This role requires travel and a strong understanding of the construction and highways industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients within the highways & construction industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Raising company awareness to current and prospective customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Expanding services we sell to existing customers.
• Attending trade shows.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plant hire/highways or construction industries.
