The UK's largest distributor to convenience retailers, is looking to add to their marketing team by recruiting a Marketing Project Manager to work with some of the leading brands and categories of fast moving goods. Working in a large dynamic marketing team you will oversee marketing campaigns for third-party brands. Planning and executing a variety of marketing initiatives you will manage these campaign end to end, working with internal departments, external agencies and third party brands. Working from purpose built offices based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre you will be working in an culture that fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values creativity, accountability and growth.

What will you do as Marketing Project Manager ?

* Strategies, lead and manage multiple go-to-market projects

* Develop comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, outlining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and budgets

* Collaborate with partner brands to align project goals with their unique market strategies, brand guidelines, and target audience

* Research industry trends and competitor activities to refine and innovate marketing approaches

* Oversee marketing campaigns to trade and consumers

* Advertising, in-store activations, content creation, digital, and events, ensure alignment with both distribution and brand objectives

What do you need as a Marketing Project Manager?

* Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

* Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns/marketing project management

* Previous FMCG or Marketing agency experience

* Demonstrable problem solving with the capacity to adapt quickly to changes
