Our client is a leading Print company based in East London, specialising in high-quality digital, litho and large format print solutions for a wide range of industries. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, they are looking to expand their team and bring on board a skilled Large Format Print Operator to support their growing business.

Role Overview:
As a Large Format Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art large format printers and digital cutting equipment to produce top-quality print products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical experience in large format printing, looking to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large format printing equipment, including Epson, HP, and Mimaki printers.

Set up, calibrate, and ensure correct media handling for all print jobs.

Monitor the production process to ensure print quality and efficient machine performance.

Work with a Kongsberg digital cutter to finish prints to high standards.

Troubleshoot issues with equipment and resolve any technical problems that arise during production.

Ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.

Support with general maintenance of the printers and cutters to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure all orders meet customer requirements.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in large format printing (minimum of 1-2 years).

Hands-on experience with Epson, HP, and Mimaki printers is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with Kongsberg digital cutters or similar finishing equipment is desirable.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for colour accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and team-working skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly.

Salary:
The salary for this position is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
