Prospero Teaching is looking for a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant Primary school in Poole. This rewarding role involves working with children aged 6-11, supporting their learning and development in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Hours- 09:00am- 3:30PMKey Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups or whole classes under the guidance of the class teacher.
Support children in achieving their academic and personal development goals.
Work collaboratively with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
Lead intervention groups and provide additional support for pupils with specific learning needs.
Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment for all pupils.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring lessons run smoothly and effectively.Requirements:

HLTA qualification or extensive experience working as a teaching assistant at the primary level.
Experience supporting children aged 6-11 in a school setting.
A strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for helping children thrive in their education.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
