Title: Associate Town Planner

The consultancy provides strategic advice with a commercial focus and has delivered approvals for schemed of various sizes across all development sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Residential, Retail Commercial, Healthcare, Tourism and Leisure.

My client is looking for an Associate Town Planner who can progress through to Office Director in the new Edinburgh office.

Job Purpose:

The opportunity is for an Associate to join the office in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning application and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research and generally play and active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of the business.

Qualifications

At least 8 years' experience within housebuilding, consultancy, land promoter or local authority.
IPI or RTPI accredited degree
