Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Accountant based in Edinburgh (hybrid working) paying £55,000 plus exceptional bonus potential, excellent pension and wider benefits package.

The Role

The permanent Accountant will involved the following components:

• Business partnering with senior stakeholders & departmental heads
• Involved in high profile projects including process & continuous improvement
• Assisting with the year-end accounts & close
• Annual audit preparation including liaising with external Auditors
• Liaising with commercial and FP&A functions to create & utilise data to influence strategic decision making
• Balance sheet integrity
• Overseeing transactional finance
• Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
