The Role:

As a Plumber focusing on Water Hygiene Remedial Works, you will be responsible for ensuring water systems are safe and compliant with health and safety standards.

Key duties include:

Conducting plumbing remedial works, including deadleg removal and pipe modifications

*

Carrying out TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing and installations

*

Identifying and resolving water hygiene-related plumbing issues

*

Supporting water system upgrades and modifications to improve compliance

*

Assisting with other water hygiene duties as required, such as temperature monitoring and system inspections

*

Working with clients on-site, ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in line with ACOP L8 & HSG274 regulations

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, provided with a company vehicle and covering the Central Scottish Belt area.

What You Need:

*

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)

*

Proven experience in plumbing, preferably with a focus on water hygiene or remedial works

*

Knowledge of current water hygiene standards and regulations (ACOP L8 & HSG274)

*

A full UK driving license

*

Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

*

Excellent communication and organisational abilities
