Ideal Recruit is currently looking for Shunter Driver for well-established client based in Skelmersdale.

Job opportunity available for immediate start.

12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Friday - Saturday - Sunday - Monday

As a Shunter Driver your duties include:
- Backing trailers onto bays.
- Parking trailers in the yard area once the trailer is full.
- Check the cab to make sure it is safe to use.

PAYE Pay Rates:

Monday - Friday days: £17.65 with holiday pay included.
Monday - Friday nights: £18.56 with holiday pay included.
Saturday: £19.47 with holiday pay included.
Sunday: £20.37 with holiday pay included.

You will need to meet the below criteria to be considered for the vacancy:
 
- HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (category CE).
- At least 12 months of experience as a class 1 driver.
- Experience of driving refrigerator unit preferred.
- Valid Driver's CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
