As our new Mechanical Project Manager, you'll dive right in, taking the reins on a 265 unit development in west London that's nearing the critical commissioning phase and slated to wrap up in February. But that's just the beginning - your next challenge will be overseeing a £7M, 100 unit mechanical package kicking off early next year for our client Hills. This is the perfect project to really demonstrate your project management prowess and technical expertise with HVAC systems including air handling units, VRV systems, commercial plant rooms, district heating, laterals and risers.
