A long-established law firm in Southsea is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer/Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancing professional to handle a broad range of property transactions within a supportive and well-respected firm.

As a Senior Conveyancer / Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, including:

• Freehold and Leasehold sales & purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Lease extensions
• Other complex residential property matters

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving any legal issues that arise.

• Qualified Conveyancer or Solicitor with c. 3 - 5 years' PQE in residential property law.
• Strong experience managing a full range of conveyancing matters independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex legal issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
