Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Property Manager to join our growing client in Bournemouth, specialising in block management. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual eager to develop their career in property management. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service to residents.
- Liaising with leaseholders, tenants, contractors, and service providers.
- Conducting property inspections and arranging necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Assisting with service charge budgets, ensuring accurate records and communication with clients.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, notices, and other required documents.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and residents, responding promptly to queries.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in property management and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in property, real estate, or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
