Due to continued success and exciting growth plans, an opportunity has become available to complement the existing team, offering a focus on product quality and continuous improvement, alongside site food safety at the state-of-the-art packhouse and production facility in Essex.

The requirements for success in this position will include;

Success building positive relationships with Growers / Suppliers

Technical management experience in Fresh Produce / Food sectors

Management of supplier assurance and compliance, driving technical improvement

Key knowledge areas; BRC, HACCP, Food Safety, QMS, Retail standards, 3rd party & supplier audits

Salary: *£45-55k
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Essex, commutable from Suffolk and North Kent
*Dependent on experience level offered
