Client: My client is a medium sized M&E contractor that has been operating for 40 years. They are often considered to have one the best MEP products in London. Typically, they will undertake heavy engineering project in sectors such as Commercial Offices, Healthcare and Education. Currently the business turns over circa £50m. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2025 to be a period of sustained growth. Following the recent appointment on two highlight projects, they are currently looking to recruit an Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Northampton

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Package

Role/Responsibilities:

* Management of subcontractor labour

* Attend site meetings

* Progress reports

* Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFI's, etc.

* Health and safety

* Review and amend RAMS

* Red pen design reviews

* Snagging

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project

The ideal candidate:

* Have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.

* Experience working in the building services, facilities management or construction sector

* Experience working on projects of circa £1M within your own discipline
