Our Client are a leading Contractor with a £120million turnover currently and strong growth plans for 2025 and beyond. They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor within their Social Housing Refurbishment team which contributes to 25% of the businesses turnover.

As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all commercial responsibility of a number of projects from procurement through to final account, managing financial deadlines and budget values.

* Financial Reporting

* Risk / Opportunity Reports

Experience Required:

* Surveying Degree

* Strong commercial experience for refurbishment projects

* Commuteabe to Hertfordshire / North London
