About the Role:
You will be working closely with a child who requires 1:1 support in a classroom setting, helping them access learning, build confidence, and grow socially and emotionally. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, where your dedication can have a lasting impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing tailored support to meet the child's individual needs.
Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to develop strategies and progress.
Promoting a positive learning environment.
Encouraging social interaction and independence.
Monitoring progress and reporting back to teachers and parents.
