My eco-friendly client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator. As a customer service administrator, you will be working with their national client base and supporting Account Managers with admin tasks for their customers. You ll be joining a friendly, focused, supportive and professional team. This is a temporary to permanent position where you will become part of the success of a company which is making a real difference to the UK s circular economy and to the fight to reduce the impact of global climate change. You will be responsible for:

Dealing with collection and delivery requests sent by email and telephone
Monitoring orders
Distribution of collection reports to customers
Communication with internal and external customers mainly via email
Dealing with customers over the telephone
You will need:

Proven experience of working within an administrative role.
Experience of giving excellent customer service.
To drive due to the location
Excellent telephone manner, with a strong customer focus
Able to work as part of a small team
Have an appropriate and suitable workspace at home
You will be:

A customer focused enthusiastic person
Willing to learn
Able to work in a fast passed environment
