Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality vocational training? A growing training provider in Sandwell is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Vocational Tutor to join the team. In this role, you will be delivering Level 2 Work Skills and Personal and Social Development (PSD) to learners in classes of up to 26 students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across 4 days per week in-person

* Provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to support student success in Work Skills and PSD

* Dedicate 1 day per week to remote marking, feedback, and planning to ensure effective delivery

* Plan and develop lessons and resources that cater to individual learning needs and encourage progression

* Support learners in developing skills for employability and personal growth

* Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience teaching or tutoring in Work Skills and/or PSD at Level 2 (UK)

* Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire learners

* An understanding of vocational education and experience working with diverse groups of students

* Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

* Excellent time management and organisational skills
