If so, you could immediately impact a fantastic business in a permanent Assistant Management Accountant role, supporting the Commercial Finance team in a month-end role with financial reporting exposure. Aila is partnered with an ambitious business who are investing heavily in their goal to become the leader in their field.The role:As an Assistant Management Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the commercial finance team in carrying out month-end tasks and financial reporting to support the wider business. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out management accounting tasks, including full balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals (e.g., accruals, prepayments).
• Assist with budgets, forecasting and monthly management accounts.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance.
• Adhoc financial reporting tasks as required by the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA/CIMA studier or AAT Qualified Accountant
• Experience in a month-end role carrying out balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals.
• Excellent Excel skills, and comfortable handling large data sets
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities

The Package & Benefits:

• Salary: circa £40,000
• Performance-based bonus
• 25 days annual leave + bank
• Study Package for ACCA/CIMA
