Job Responsibilities as a SEN HLTA:

Plan and implement curriculum activities to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment as a High-Level Teaching Assistant.
Provide targeted support to help students achieve their full potential.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and caters to all learning styles.
Contribute to the social and emotional development of students by serving as a positive role model.

Desired Qualifications as a SEN HLTA:

A strong foundation in educational principles and curriculum development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, teachers, and parents.
Assist the class teacher and cover lessons during PPA time.
Adaptable and resourceful in various classroom situations.
Thrives in a collaborative environment with strong leadership potential.
Previous experience as a High-Level Teaching Assistant in a school setting.

Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
