Driving licence and your own vehicle is requiredAre you an organised and efficient Administrator, who can pick up multiple process’s and follow instructions affectively? You should be a confident communicator, someone who is able to pick up the telephone and ask questions or chase for more details when required, so you must have a great telephone manner too.Do you have excellent attention to detail? Are you computer literate and confident with MS applications, from Word, to basic excel.

What You'll be doing:Our client work with multiple clients, with in the health and insurance sector from small to larger scale businessesYou will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support their client’s needs.Maintain and improve office systems and processes.Manage communications, both internal and external.Maintain accurate records and files.Provide general support to clients with a variety of administrative and process driven tasks.
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as an administrator – (no experience in employee benefits is required – however similar industries or roles, are highly beneficial)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of office processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
