What You'll be doing:Our client work with multiple clients, with in the health and insurance sector from small to larger scale businessesYou will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support their client’s needs.Maintain and improve office systems and processes.Manage communications, both internal and external.Maintain accurate records and files.Provide general support to clients with a variety of administrative and process driven tasks.What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an administrator – (no experience in employee benefits is required – however similar industries or roles, are highly beneficial)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of office processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
