An international removals business are in search of a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team

Location: Croydon, London

Responsibilities:

This will be a client facing role, so strong customer service is essential

• Assisting with customer calls and dealing with any questions or queries
• Processing new leads and sending out quotes
• Raising customer invoices
• Assisting with any custom forms
• Obtaining any documents required for compliance purposes
• Applying invoices to the system
• Ad-hoc duties

Your Experience:

Strong customer service skills with experience working in a similar office environment
