Role: Customs Agent

Hourly Rate: £11.78 per hour

Hours: 40 per week on a 2-week rotation pattern of 6AM - 2:30PM & 1PM - 9:30PM

Start date/duration: 20/1/2025 ongoing temporary opportunity with the possibility of permanent for the right candidate

Location: Worksop

The role:

* Receiving customs declaration forms using a bespoke system

* Populating and entering data

* Calculating VAT

* Pulling complex data together

* Looking for errors on declaration forms and amending, and escalating any areas of concern

* Working to SLA's

* Telephone based customer service

The successful candidate:

Will have a high level of attention to detail and be a confident and articulate communicator on email and the phone. Experience of working in a data entry, call centre, customer service, complaints or administrative role would be desirable.
