Service & Maintenance Engineer - London (M25 & Surrounding) - £44,000 - £48,000 Per Annum (OTE £55k+)
Package Overview:
* Basic Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) + Overtime (OTE £55k+)
* Full-Time, Permanent Position
* Location: Field-based, covering London (primarily within the M25) and occasional travel across the UK & Europe

We act as a trusted security partner to clients across the financial, retail, hospitality, and education sectors, delivering cutting-edge technology, expert support, and a superior client experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Servicing, fault-finding, callouts, and repairs for CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
* Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
* Providing remote and on-site technical support
* Conducting user training
* Handling small installation/upgrade works
* Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 5)
* Performing software and firmware upgrades
* Working across various high-end client sites
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge of:
* Access Control Systems: Gallagher, Avigilon, Paxton, Maxxess
* IP CCTV Systems: Avigilon, Milestone, Hanwha, IDIS
* Intruder Systems: Texecom, Galaxy
* IP Networks and Configuration
* Effective communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (Essential)
