Focus 5 Recruitment are working exclusively with an established B2B brand who are looking to recruit a versatile professional with e-commerce experience and a strong drive for continuous learning and development. In this role, you will lead a small team and manage relationships with external marketing agencies.
 
Duties for the Group Marketing Manager: -

Develop and implement marketing strategy, ensuring brand values and tone are consistent across all activities.
Create and execute a customer-focused content strategy aligned with business goals.
Set, track, and report on KPIs to monitor and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Lead the development of the e-commerce platform, including online advertising, to drive user engagement and revenue.
Manage the social media strategy, annual plan, and all digital platforms.
Oversee marketing budget, publications schedule, and collaboration with external partners and key stakeholders.  
Experience required for the Group Marketing Manager: -

Passion for marketing with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Strong internal communication strategy experience and stakeholder management.
Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms like Magento and Akeneo.
Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).
Skilled in copywriting, proofreading, and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
