Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on stunning, high volume schemes across the region? Our client is a top developer looking for a New Homes Area Sales Negotiator to deliver their great product on sites across Norfolk! This is a permanent role and you will be working across various sites, moving to a permanent site In the future.

This company is a great fit if you're looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment! The developer have a great pipeline of land in the region, so you will be moving to a permanent site.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £28,000 with a realistic OTE of £53,000.
You will be flexible to work on weekends, with set days off in the week.

You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!

Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.

For this role duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting customers on site

* Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements

* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries

* Taking customers on viewings

* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales

* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

Key requirements:

* New homes sales experience in housebuilding

* Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license

* Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office

* Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
