• Assist in the selection and procurement of products within the lingerie, swimwear, and nightwear categories.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Support the Senior Buyer in developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform buying decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.
• Participate in product development meetings and provide input on product assortments.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a buying or merchandising role, preferably in lingerie, swimwear, or nightwear.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
• Familiarity with retail buying processes and inventory management systems.
