Synergy Personnel are currently looking for a Contracts manager to join a well-established medium size contractor based near Southampton on a permenant basis.

Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 + Company Benefits

Our client specialises in the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors, managing new build and refurbishment projects valued between £1 million to £15 million across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex, and Surrey. With a strong presence and multiple offices in the region, they provide an excellent platform for a Contracts Manager to oversee high-value projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee 2-4 projects within the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.

* Review and analyse contract terms and conditions.

* Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

* Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure contract compliance.

* Address and resolve any contract disputes that may arise.

* Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up to date.

* Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

* Manage contract budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
