• chase arrears and manage allocation of cash for all arrears
• manage the billing of late payment interest where required
• ensure correct allocation of cash by liaising with accounts department
• ensure compliance with consumer credit legislation

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Collections Account Manager (HYBRID WORKING) will have:

• minimum 2 years experience of bad debt collection
• good communication skills
• good excel skills
• ability to resolve technical allocation issues
