Customer Service Advisor Part Time £16,081.00 Andover Part Time | Permanent

Monday to Friday 9.30am -2.30pm

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a customer service advisor to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to deal with customer requests via different channels such as emails and calls, you will also work from time to time in the head office shop In return, our client is offering a salary of £16,081 PA plus 25days annual leave, discounted products 

This is a part-time, permanent The hours of work will be 9.30am -2.30pm Monday to Friday Reporting to the Line Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, email, webchat and walk-ins
• Respond to all customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise with external departments on delivery SLA’s
• Ensure all customers are receiving the highest level of customer service
• Assist in the shop serving customers

The ideal candidate:

• Have strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills written, oral and listening
• Be available to work in the office Monday to Friday
