For the successful Fabric Engineer Supervisor, our client is offering:

Up to £52,000 per annum DOE 
Days role: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm 
Full-time, Permanent

The role - Fabric Engineer Supervisor:

Managing request works and prioritising workload for the team to ensure everything is completed in a timely and efficient manner 
Managing on-site contractors 
Leading general maintenance team members and providing guidance where needed
Performing a range of tasks including; painting, plumbing, pipe cladding, carpentry, hygiene, cladding repair and other as needed 
Daily reporting 
Responding to general maintenance breakdowns 
What our client is looking for in a Fabric Engineer Supervisor:

Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer/General Maintenance Engineer - ESSENTIAL 
Previous supervisor/team leading experience - DESIRABLE 
Must possess a range of practical skills including Plumbing, Carpentry, Pipe Cladding, and Painting - ESSENTIAL
Electrical skills - DESIRABLE
Additional qualifications: FLT, Working at Heights, Fire Safety, Asbestos, Harness Trained - DESIRABLE
Key skills or similar Job titles:
