Our client are looking for someone to support them on a tempoary basis, providng administartive support within their Media team.

Retail Media Administrator

To start asap for up to 6 months

Hybrid working

8.30am to 5pm

Free parking

Hourly rate up to £13.33/hr

Role Purpose:

To provide administrative support within the Retail Media Partnerships team - the team sell space for sponsored advertising on the client website.

Dealing with routine administration, post and enquiries via email and telephone, filtering where necessary and dealing with enquiries
To provide full administrative support
Excellent communication / inter-personal skills - verbal and written; communicate simply and clearly with confidence to liaise with stakeholders and customers.
This role is a busy role, so the administration support would need to be able to pick up the job very quickly

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
PC literate with good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent written communication skills
Good customer service skills and the ability to work within a team
Proactive, with a willingness to go the extra mile
