If you're passionate about risk management and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Risk to support the development and execution of our comprehensive global risk framework. In this role, you will ensure key organisational risks are well-understood and managed in line with our risk appetite. This is a dynamic opportunity to work closely with senior management, make strategic contributions, and lead various risk initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Strategy and Leadership
  • Define and monitor annual risk management and integrated assurance plans.
  • Foster a strong risk culture across the organization.
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Management on strategic risk projects and ad hoc initiatives.
Risk Framework, Processes, and Systems
  • Lead and enhance the global risk framework, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments, incident reporting, and risk appetite monitoring.
  • Facilitate stress testing, scenario analysis, and emerging risk reporting.
  • Develop and maintain our risk appetite framework, ensuring it informs decision-making and is reported to senior management.
  • Lead the annual and quarterly ORSA process, as well as thematic reviews on key risk topics.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of risk management systems and reporting tools.
Reporting and Governance
  • Ensure effective operation of the risk governance structure, coordinating closely with relevant departments and committees.
  • Prepare high-quality reports for risk committees, providing insights to help discharge their governance responsibilities.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership across various functions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Proven experience in high-performing teams delivering successful risk management outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in handling challenging stakeholders and influencing senior management.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, processes, and tools, ideally with experience tailoring these to unique business models and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage in debates on complex risk topics.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of managing time, leading projects, and delivering results independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives within a team-oriented environment, contributing to team goals while also independently managing responsibilities.
