Supervisor - Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Supervisor to join an established Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor to work on various clean and wastewater projects across the Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Water with strong inter-personal skills and who displays excellent health & safety knowledge.The role will involve:

* Supervision and resourcing of allocated jobs to maximise production and monitor quality of work in progress by:

* Maintaining good working relationships and close liaison with client, stakeholders and members of the public

* Ensuring good health and safety practices are followed

* Assisting with human resources issues, including staff training

* Managing the allocation of company vehicles plant and equipment

* Ensure high standard of quality of work is maintained from the supporting staff

* Monitoring overall site performance

This is a long-term role with excellent prospects for progression as the company expands their water division
