About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated Senior Social Workers to join our Children Looked After Team in Surrey. This is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting children living with relatives, foster families, prospective adopters, and in semi-independent living arrangements. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for safeguarding these children, nurturing their development, and helping them transition to independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Regular visits and assessments to build strong, lasting relationships with children in care

* Developing and reviewing Care Plans, championing children's voices in all aspects of their journey

* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including health services, CAMHS, Independent Reviewing Officers, and family support workers

* Participating in reflective supervision and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and support your career growth

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Social Work England Registration

* Experience with children looked after, particularly in safeguarding, care planning, and relationship-building
