Role Overview:
As the Senior Mechanical Construction Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the mechanical package of this high-value residential project. Reporting to a Project Director who will be on-site twice a week, you will collaborate closely with an Electrical Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all mechanical construction activities.
- Coordinate with the Electrical Project Manager to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in mechanical construction management, ideally within residential projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A solid understanding of M&E contracting and project management principles.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management.
