The role:
We currently have a great new opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Renacres Hospital, based in Ormskirk. You will be

working in our busy Administration Office. The main responsibilities will be operating the hospital switchboard, booking outpatient clinic appointments, and helping to manage the electronic patient referral system

You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.

You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.

Skills & Attributes:

  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character
  • Previous Admin experience
  • Ability to make decisions and use your initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - face to face, via email and telephone.
  • Fast and efficient computer skills
  • Passion to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
